All parts 100% guaranteed for 30 days from date of invoice. Defective parts must be accompanied by a test report from an independent company.
Unless otherwise noted and specifically approved by you, all parts are 100% new and unused.
Parts from stock will ship the day they are ordered if the order is placed by 2:00pm Pacific Time M-F (pending the approval of our accounting department for new customers) and we are open. Exceptions may apply, ask your salesperson for details.
Parts returning a result of "May be Available" or "OEM EXCESS" will be subject to a $250.00 minimum order per line item. Unless defective, there are no refunds or returns on special order parts. "Special Order" applies to any part not in our warehouse at the time the order was placed.
We can not guarantee the part purchased is the part required for your application. We DO guarantee that the part purchased will be as described and requested by you. However, ECCO employees have the right to modify this condition. If an ECCO employee guarantees the part will work in your application and it is so noted on your hard copy purchase order, if the part does not work for you and you can supply supporting documentation proving that fact, the parts may be returned.
Orders totaling more than $300.00 will automatically be insured via the carrier service used unless we are instructed otherwise on your hard copy purchase order.
A restocking fee of 25% of the extended cost of the parts or $50.00 (which ever is greater) will apply for all parts returned that are not defective.
In the event a part is deemed to be defective by an independent testing lab, we will be responsible for its' replacement or refund of the original purchase price only. We assume no liability for any other damages that may be incurred due to defective parts.
In the event that legal action is required, such action will take place in the County of Orange in the State of California. All attorney fees shall be the responsiblity of the buyer. The laws of the State of California shall be the governing laws for any dispute.
